Kanye West isn’t a gold digger.
But, according to the rapper, he is sitting on a pretty sizeable stack of gold. Kanye took to social media recently to share a post saying his current net worth has reached the billions.
“In 2025, Ye’s net worth stands at $2.77 billion USD as confirmed by Eton Ventures Services,” read the graphic Kanye shared from the company. “The valuation is based on his music portfolio and his sole ownership of the Yeezy mark.”
The 47-year-old captioned the Jan. 24 post, “LAA LA LA LA.”
While Forbes still lists Kanye’s net worth as $400 million, the new evaluation from Eton Venture Services—which says it “provides audit-defensible business valuations across the entire business lifecycle” on its website—would mean he’s surpassed the net worth of a number of celebrities.
Forbes lists Jay-Z’s net worth at $2.5 billion, the net worth of Kim Kardashian—and Kanye’s ex-wife—at $1.7 billion and Taylor Swift’s at $1.1 billion. Other celebrity’s Kanye has allegedly surpassed include LeBron James, Tiger Woods, Rihanna and Tyler Perry.
More from E! Online
Kanye’s post marks only the sixth post on his Instagram profile, after recently wiping his old posts and uploading a series of videos and pictures of working with his and Kim’s eldest daughter North West, 11, in the studio.
As part of promotion for North’s debut album Elementary School Dropout and his upcoming project Bully, Kanye—who also shares kids Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, with the Kardashians star—gushed over working with his daughter.
“This little girl made me love music again,” he captioned a Jan. 21 picture of North. “She asked me to make beats for her I got back on the ASR Chopped up beats for her album and chopped every beats with my bare hand for BULLY.”
In addition to the still image, the “Stronger” artist shared three black and white videos of North working with his collaborators and listening to her music. He succinctly captioned the series, “Training.”
Many of the details concerning North’s album—a nod to her father’s debut album The College Dropout—including its release date, remain under wraps.

The tween did, however, tell 13-year-old reporter Jazlyn “Jazzy” Guerra in March 2024, “It’s gonna be great.”

Fans Speculate Kylie Jenner Had New Plastic Surgery Procedure After Selfie at Paris Fashion Show
Kylie Jenner was looking snatched in a recent selfie, and fans took notice. Some even speculated that the reality star had gotten plastic surgery.
In a carousel of photos shared via Instagram on Wednesday, January 29, Kylie, 27, wore a gold Ludovic de Saint Sernin dress with a plunging neckline that showed off her ample cleavage. The dress was cinched at the waist, showcasing her hourglass figure. However, it was hard for several Instagram users to notice anything but her chest.
“Oh them thangs must be NEW NEW,” wrote one person, implying that Kylie had gone under the knife for a breast augmentation.
Another person added, “That’s why you haven’t been posting got that work done.”
A third commenter wrote, “I couldn’t keep my eyes up. I’m so sorry.”
While Kylie has denied having any plastic surgery done on her face in the past, she has admitted to getting a boob job. Kylie has not commented on the latest speculation. However, fans saw her get emotional about the online criticism she’s received about her looks during the June 20, 2024, episode of The Kardashians.
“It’s a miracle that I still have confidence, and I could still look in the mirror and think that I’m pretty,” Kylie told her older sister Kendall Jenner during the scene. “People have been talking about my looks since I was 12, 13 [years old] before I even got lip filler. It’s just so hurtful.”
The Kylie Cosmetics founder mentioned the comments she would see online saying that she looked old or that she had “f–ked up her face.”
“Why do people think it’s OK to talk about me? I’ve never cried about this before, but I guess it does affect me,” Kylie continued. “Even if I did get so much surgery, I still don’t think it’s OK to talk about someone’s looks.”
Thankfully, Kendall, 29, was there to support her.
“No matter how much we talk about it, everyone’s going to think I’ve had a full facial reconstruction and so have you,” Kendall explained. “Sadly, it’s something we just really have to grow a tough skin on.”
Shortly after the episode aired, a source exclusively told Life & Style that Kylie was “extremely self-conscious about her appearance.”
“She’s had deep insecurities about the way she looks since she was very young, which is the whole reason she’s had so much plastic surgery before the age of 25,” the insider said on July 2, 2024. “But unfortunately, no matter how many procedures she gets, her insecurities never seem to go away.”
The source continued, “Now, instead of fixating on what she wants to change about herself, she obsessively worries that she’s gone too far with the surgery and needs to get more to correct the mistakes. She tried to act like she’s totally happy with how she looks, but behind closed doors she spends an agonizing amount of time second-guessing and worrying that she’s gone way too far. She reads the mean things people say about her online and it really gets to her to the point where it’s difficult for her to leave the house a lot of the time.”
Vogue Slams Melania Trump’s Official Portrait Saying She Looks Like ‘Freelance Magician’
The White House shared First Lady Melania Trump‘s official portrait this week, and while the image got divisive reactions from the public, famous fashion magazine Vogue didn’t hold back in its scathing opinion of the image.
The publication titled its review of the first lady’s look: “Melania Trump Cosplays The Apprentice in Her Official White House Portrait.”
Written by Hannah Jackson, Vogue felt like the look made Melania look like a “freelance magician,” while also saying that she “looked more like she was guest starring on an episode of The Apprentice than assuming the role of first lady of the United States,” referring to her husband Donald Trump‘s famous reality TV series.
But the criticism didn’t end there, with Jackson noting how Melania’s portrait was quite different than that of those that came before her: “It’s perhaps unsurprising that a woman who lived in a gold-encrusted penthouse, whose fame is so intertwined with a reality-television empire, would refuse to abandon theatrics—even when faced with 248 years of tradition.”
Jackson admitted that the 2025 photo was “noticeably more toned down” than the one released by the White House during Trump’s first term, which was taken by the same photographer, Régine Mahaux.

People had mixed reactions to Melania’s official portrait when it was first shared, with some major fans who commented, “Class, grace, and elegance personified!” and “Stunning! Absolutely iconic.”
“Actually I really like this. Very modern and it definitely captures the unorthodoxy of the Trumps in the White House,” wrote a third fan of the photo.
But some felt similar to Vogue, such as one who joked, “I do think this going to be iconic. Maybe not in a good way but it will be.”
Omg. They posed her like Claire Underwood.
They really think it is all a show. https://t.co/0pNSziARVD pic.twitter.com/NHaJ9r2tTP

“Omg. They posed her like Claire Underwood. They really think it is all a show,” said another critic, who noted similarities between Melania’s pose and that of Robin Wright‘s character in House of Cards.
Others also compared the photo to Trump’s show The Apprentice, saying, “Melania is very pretty, but she looks like she’s about to fire me,” and “You’re fired 🤣.”

Why Fans Think Taylor Swift Was Punched After Travis Kelce’s Chiefs Game
Concerned fans are wondering if Taylor Swift was punched at Travis Kelce’s Chiefs game. Social media is buzzing with speculation after a viral video led netizens to believe she was accidentally hit during the AFC Championship celebration. But is there any truth to these rumors?
Let’s break down what really happened, how the rumors started, and what sources close to Swift have shared.
Did Taylor Swift get punched after Chiefs game?
A video circulating online led fans to speculate that the “Fortnight” singer was accidentally punched in the face. This allegedly occurred while she celebrated the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC Championship win on January 26.
The footage in question shows a man in a yellow cap approaching Travis Kelce while he was embracing Taylor Swift, and some fans claim he accidentally hit her chin. However, sources close to Swift and Kelce have denied this, clarifying that no such incident occurred. An insider told Us Weekly, “Taylor was never punched!” emphasizing that the unidentified man was merely going in for a hug.
The rumors began after fans analyzed the blurry video clip shared on social media, interpreting a quick motion near Swift’s face as a possible accidental punch. The speculation spread rapidly, fueled by her prominence in pop culture and her high-profile relationship with Kelce. While some fans were genuinely concerned, others engaged in online debates about what actually transpired in the footage.
Despite the online frenzy, the aforementioned source confirmed to US Weekly that the clip was misleading. Moreover, the individual in the video was simply part of the on-field celebration and did not strike Taylor Swift. These speculations highlight how quickly misinformation can spread, especially involving celebrities with a dedicated fan base.
Swift enjoyed the post-game celebration, hugging Travis Kelce and jumping excitedly. Additionally, she shared a heartfelt moment with Kelce’s mother, Donna, expressing admiration for the Chiefs’ victory. Overall, Taylor Swift’s presence at the game was filled with joy and excitement. Besides, there is no evidence that she was harmed during the festivities.
